If Something’s Not Quite Right
Did your order arrive and it’s not what you expected, or perhaps you’re not fully satisfied? We're here to listen and assist! Reach out to our helpful team at [email protected] so we can get things sorted out smoothly for you.
- Contact within 14 days of delivery for all return and resolution requests.
- Send a clear photo of your received product and share a brief message about your concern, so we can assist promptly.
- Returns cannot be processed for orders older than 14 days after arrival.
Quality Issues & Faulty Items
We take play seriously! If your toy arrives with a visible flaw, missing part, or isn’t working as it should, let us make it right:
- Send photos showing the defect, taken on a flat surface for clarity (show the tag or any obvious issue in the image).
- Most often, you won’t have to mail the item back—we’ll immediately arrange a replacement or issue a credit after review.
- Our warranty covers manufacturing defects and damages that happen in transit, not those from accidental damage, wear and tear from adventures, or custom modifications at home.
Missing Deliveries & Delays
Has your order not arrived even after the estimated delivery window? We understand the excitement—contact us with your order info, and we’ll track it down or offer a replacement or refund if eligible.
- Get in touch with us within 60 days of placing your order (after 2 months, shipping records may expire and limit our ability to help).
How Refunds Work
If we resolve your concern with a refund, here’s what you can expect:
- Refunds are sent to your original payment method only.
- Bank cards: Please allow up to 10 business days for processing by your provider.
- PayPal: You’ll usually see funds returned within 3–5 business days.
If your funds haven’t appeared after this time, we recommend contacting your payment provider directly.
